City Peak Conveyancing acts for buyers and sellers on property anywhere in New South Wales. We are based in Canterbury-Bankstown and work mostly by phone and email, so where you live matters less than where the property is: if it is in NSW, we can act.
Our home ground is Bankstown and the suburbs around it. We also work across Liverpool, Parramatta, Blacktown, the Georges River area and the Northern Beaches, and we regularly act for clients who live interstate or overseas but are buying or selling in NSW.

Common questions
FAQs
Do I need a conveyancer in the same suburb as the property?
No. Conveyancing in NSW is done electronically, so a conveyancer anywhere in the state can act. What matters is that they know NSW contracts and check the local planning certificate properly.
Can you act if I live overseas or interstate?
Yes, as long as the property is in NSW. We handle signing and identity checks remotely.
Can you act on a property in Queensland or Victoria?
No. We are licensed in NSW and act on NSW property only.
City Peak Conveyancing acts on NSW property only. This page is general information, not advice about your circumstances.
